This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website. It reflects only the technology actually in use.

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is: Nordwind Projektmanagement Owner: Kayomars Kohzadpour Mützendorpsteed 41c 22179 Hamburg Germany Phone: +49 176 81013883 Email: k.kohzadpour@nordwind-projektmanagement.de There is no legal obligation to appoint a data protection officer.

2. Overview: no cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. No analytics, tracking or audience measurement services are used, no advertising networks are integrated and no profiles are built about you. For this reason no consent banner is required: there are no consent-dependent services for which permission would have to be obtained. A banner suggesting such a choice would be misleading and is deliberately not used.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: Hostinger International Ltd. 61 Lordou Vironos Str. 6023 Larnaca Cyprus When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser in what are known as server log files. This is typically: – page or file requested – date and time of the request – volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval – browser type and version used – operating system used – previously visited page (referrer) – IP address Purpose: technical provision, stability and security of the website, and investigation of abusive access. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. Retention: log files are deleted after a short period unless they are exceptionally required to investigate a specific security-relevant incident. Hostinger processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the hosting service and in accordance with our instructions. The basis is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The provider is established in the European Union.

4. Encryption

This website is delivered over a TLS-encrypted connection, recognisable by the https:// prefix in your browser's address bar. Data transmitted between your browser and the server is thereby protected against interception by third parties.

5. Contact form

You can send us a project or partnership enquiry via the contact form. The data you enter is processed: first and last name, email address and optionally company, phone number, project location or region, project type, project status, selected partnership building blocks and your message. Purpose: handling and responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Recipients: your details are assembled into an email on our server and sent to our own mailbox. No external form service is involved. The mailbox and mail dispatch are operated by our hosting provider (see section 3), acting in this respect as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Third-country transfer: none takes place. Retention: we store your enquiry until it has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. The data is then deleted. Spam protection: the form contains a field invisible to you which only automated programs fill in. In addition, we limit the number of submissions per IP address. For this purpose your IP address is held solely in the server's memory and discarded after a short time; it is not stored and not linked to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in preventing the dispatch function from being abused for bulk mail. No external captcha service is used.

6. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information provided — such as your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry — solely in order to deal with your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Retention: until the matter has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

7. Fonts and images

The fonts used are embedded when the website is built and delivered from our own server. No connection is established to Google Fonts or any other external font provider. Photographs are likewise delivered via our own server, where they are converted into an optimised format. Your browser does not establish a connection to the original image source. Consequently, no data is transmitted to image or font providers.

8. Services not used

This website expressly does not use: Google Analytics or comparable analytics services, Google Maps or other mapping services, embedded videos from YouTube, Vimeo or other providers, social media plugins, Google reCAPTCHA, newsletter or appointment booking systems, or advertising and retargeting networks. You have the following rights regarding your personal data: – right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) – right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) – right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) – right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) – right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) – right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise these rights.
